Having been told I am caller number 5, I decided to wait. I gave up after3hrs 55 min. ongoing, I am still on HOLD!! How is this possible.I managed to order, and have a delivery, no problems there. But one of the radiators is not powder coated as specified on the website. My plumber is coming on Tuesday and I need to sort this out, but how?!I emailed my concerns on the 2/5/24 no response. I also tried the chatbot with no success.I wish I had looked up the reviews on this site first. My head is hurting, and my evening completely ruined. Not to mention, I am unable to advice my heating engineer about what is happening!
