The customer service (Taimoor) was very helpful to resolve the issue with an unsuccessful delivery. The customer service handled the return quickly. However, it was disappointing that the company's courier partner was not able to deliver the order as an express deliver as ordered and paid originally, and therefore needed to make the return. Company resolved the issue quickly and smoothly. I would wish that the company had a better courier partner.

I paid over $500 for a new wc, bath and vanity sink about 2 Weeks ago. Gone to install the wc to realise the valve is faulty- it does not stop the water when full. Flooding risk. Unusable. Had a chat with an assistant- who proceeded to tell me I should have done so within 7 days and would see IF the tech team CAN do anything? Really? So I have a brand new wc which I cannot use, no 'sorry for the inconvenience' and I have to wait up to 48 hours for an email from the tech team. What kind of company is this ? This is disgraceful and disgusting service. The real joke- the old loo was fine, I just fancied a change. Victoria Plum. Never again.
