"Terrible buying experience"

Originally sent the incorrect item. After about half an hour on the online chat function they agreed to send the correct one. 48 hours later the new one arrived later than they said and was smashed to bits. Now waiting 4 days for the next attempt. I'm a plumber and have lost hours or time and money sorting this out and have a very disgruntled customer. They offer no compensation of any description and I won't use them again. I will recommend none of my clients use them. I will recommend no colleagues use them or recommend them. It's no great surprise they went bust before Christmas and screwed all their creditors. I don't suppose it'll be long before they do it again.

Had an issue today when plumber came to fit the sink and vanity unit - unfortunately the sink was smashed inside the box. We hadn't opened it as we were not sure if it would fit with our existing pipe work and therefore have to go back. We spoke to Atta on the VP live chat. He was great. He ordered us a new sink and arranged a prompt redelivery of the new sink. Overall happy with response and service. These things happen.
