Received an email telling me there was an offer on a bath from $999 down to $599 ($400 off). Clicked the link and the bath was full price. I contacted Victoriaplum through virtual assistant and by phone. I was told by both that I had to pay the price on the website, not the price on the email. Don't send me emails saying things are one price to mislead me to your website. Customer service advisors were very rude throughout the conversations and management didn't seem to care either
