All good, just couldn't check out on Firefox, so had to start again on Chrome, which worked.

Only 2 stars because I opted to pay in protected browser and had to wait, and wait, and wait (do you have time to read how long I had to wait, and wait and wait..?) watching the circle go round and round and round.. You get the picture.If I hadn't opted to use protected browser, you would have got 5 stars.

I bought a bath panel last year, $139 said it was wood but its MDF. Fitted panel and with in weeks cracks appearing in the coating. Once water and MDF mix it bubbles and is ruined. Victoria plum did send me a new one, very quickly and customer service was great. However the second one has done the same. Clearly no quality control checks done. This is a very expensive bath panel, it will come into contact with water. Yet the coating is cheap and nasty. This was a Camberley white 1700 bath panel

I would give zero stars if I could! I'm just weeping when I hear the customer service others have received, it's just so far from what has happened to us. We made an order on 20th February, all of which came eventually through slow delivery apart from one item which they said was out of stock. Since then they have continually sent the wrong item and only part of the order, offered us compensation then withdrawn it. Been rude and unresponsive. We have had to take 4 days off work to try to sort this out. Avoid at all costs, it is not worth saving money for believe me. They refuse to give a managers name.
