I have pasted a copy of an email I have just sent to customer service in the hope that any new customers are made aware.Thank you for your response.Let me first of all say that I have now been in contact with three or four different customer service staff and each one of you have been excellent in attitude and response time. I fully understand that our problem lies elsewhere. The issue lies with the difference between the picture of the product advertised and the item that is delivered.Not only a difference in finish but both units were damaged.We now have no choice but to live with a damaged sink unit of a colour we would never have ordered as we cannot afford to be without a sink unit any longer.Whilst we are still waiting on the original compensation of 15% being deposited to our account, I feel this offer of $15.00 is miserly and one that has been made in the hope we simply go away. Please again, understand that my dissatisfaction is not aimed at you or any of the other customer service staff but aimed at the people who think it is acceptable to advertise a product that they cannot deliver in either an undamaged condition or with the marble finish advertised.I wish you well and ask if you can arrange for the outstanding compensation along with the additional $15.00 to be deposited in our account soonest.Kind regards Gordon Clark

I ordered a replacement blue glitter toilet seat, thinking it was the same one I'd bought from them years ago, but what arrived was nothing like, it had 20% of the glitter, and was cheap and nasty lightweight nothing like the quality of my old one. plus no invoice or delivery slip.The obviously blind help assistant told me they were exactly the same, and asked for $10 return fees plus a whole day in waiting for courier, TERRIBLE I will not use them again, EVER! And I was lucky to get an unhelpful person the first time as now the chat bit says no one is available n cuts me off, so I cant even contact VP
