"Poor service and 2months delivery even when prodect shows in stock"
I am a trade customer I have ordered 6 items from their web site which showed all items are in stock, I ran them up relating to my order 3 days after placeing my order. Because I wanted to check on my order, the agent siad the towel radiator is not in stock until end of next mount, I asked him to send what items he does have in stock. The then told me my Vanity unit is also now out of stock. I will be closing my account and getting a full refund with in the 14 day cooling of period. The will oder all the items from B&Q Wikes instead.When you call the customer service team, it can take upto an hour before someone answers, this is very poor CS. The company does a lot of TV advertisment to generate business, but what is the point of this when your customer service is 1 star. Avoid at all cost

"Very bad customer service"
Ordered bathroom storage unit, grey colour and received white. Have been trying for 2 days to return the wrong item - it's been a nightmare! Their phone number does not work and chat bot does not have an option of returning items sent wrongly by the Victoria PLum fault! The bot is asking to pay for return! Two chat assistants would not help either and not even apologise. Appalling (non-existent) customer service.

We looked online and found what we wanted from Victoria Plum at a great price. Our item duly arrived in A1 condition and was fitted the following day. Although we used the guest checkout, we got in touch via the online chat and spoke with Musaib who very efficiently organised us a VAT invoice for our purchase which rounded off a very good experience.

"7 days to report any damages"
Victoria Plum only give 7 days to report damages to claim a refund. I was so pleased that they sent a reminder email to check items even if you are not installing yet, which I did. My item had been badly damaged in transit, and when I reported it on the online chat feature, staff were able to resolve by arranging a quick replacement and collection of the damaged item. I think longer than 7 days should be allowed for reporting issues, but I was pleased that my issue was resolved
