"Terrible ongoing experience"
I ordered a bathroom suite from Victoria Plum.It arrived on 11th April, 2 items damaged (toilet cistern and combination unit), and 1 item missing screws and bolts as the box arrived fully open.After 3hrs of pain on hold in a phone queue I eventually spoke to an agent who asked me to send an email!!I did this and provided the SKU codes for each item as requested.I received this further delivery today for the toilet cistern to be totally smashed and the wrong item for the combination unit, even though the SKU code was provided. The 3rd item with screws and bolts was successfully received.I'm now sitting here with 5 items to be returned and still 2 items missing together with a plumber who is becoming impatient.Oh and I've emailed the CEO Paul McClenaghan to not receive any response.I recommend you steer clear of Victoria Plum, I wish I had.18/04- After reading the reply from Beverly @ Victoria Plum I still do not have a resolution to the ongoing issues.I appreciate you saying you offer deepest apologies for my experience but what I really need is this sorted.Can someone at Victoria Plum please help?26/04UpdateVictoria Plum you are an absolute disgrace and untrustworthy.I received a delivery on 23/04 for the toilet cistern to be ok but the back to wall unit yet again damaged.I sent photos of the damaged item to receive a further email advising a 4th attempt to receive this one outstanding item would be made in Saturday 27th April.Today the 26th the item arrived by ParcelForce but luckily I was home.The item was checked for yet again it to be damaged.On looking at this further it appears that the damaged item received today is in fact the FIRST item I returned on 11th April ! I can tell this fromA) Identical shape chip in front of unitB) Small part of returns label I put on box still visible C) I placed a small black x on inside of box and this is on the box I have received today My complaint and situation are clearly not being taken seriously.Who is going to take ownership of this?I have spent around $1200, received 4 deliveries across 15 days and still don't have all the items for my plumber to start the work.Seriously recommend you save yourself stress and time and take your custom elsewhere.Victoria Plum you have my mobile please contact me urgently.

Delivered with damage but used the chat facility on the app. Was messaging with Faizan who was a delight. After uploading pics of damage Faizan advised me of a delivery date for the replacement item(could have had a refund). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the process felt very efficient.
