"Return Ripoff"

Purchased a bathroom cabinet, however, it did not fit the new bathroom as the dimensions of the room were changed past what I expected.Happy to pay the return charge, it was under 30kg so happy to pay etiher; Post Office drop off (We'll send you pre-paid labels) - $9.99 or Home collection (Parcel courier-will provide pre-paid labels) -$19.99.When I contacted VP they said that it was delicate and wanted $59.99... It is a massive amount of money for a return, it is in returns policy, however, this is a money making scheme for VP. Not impressed.

Bought multiple items ten years ago and everything working really well. Unfortunately my tenant broke the seat of one of the toilets and so I needed VP help in finding a replacement. The advisor, Abdul was great and found me the one even after all this time. The cost gave me a shock - the whole toilet was $79.99 and the replacement lid will cost $52.99!
