Muneeb was very helpful in sorting out our problem. The shelf in a cabinet we'd bought a couple of weeks ago developed a fault. Laminate split away from the board beneath at the front edge, new board, these things sometimes happen. He asked whether I'd like a replacement shelf or partial refund and suggested the shelf might glue together. I told him it wouldn't and he wouldn't hear of us reversing the shelf so the split didn't show - not good to have an imperfect Victoria Plum product. The earliest he could get a replacement is less than a week away. I'd expected to wait longer for any response from Victoria Plum so to have it resolved in less than 24 hours is brilliant. Couldn't be more impressed with Muneeb's response to the problem. Thank you Muneeb!

"Really difficult to get through to customer services"
Really quick turnaround and delivery but the opposite where there is a problem!!!! You can't get a refund even though it says you just need to have an account set up and you can and the queues are horrendous. I have called at 8.30am and I've been in caller number 3 for over 20 minutes. No point having a great turnaround when you can't deliver when customers have a problem. You need more people answering your phones and a better returns policy via your account set up section.

"Faulty shower tray, avoid at all costs"
Bought MODE shower tray in slate grey in may 2022, for almost 400 pounds, fitted in July 2022. This tray cracked last week, in the corner to the waste hole, not even on an area of where anyone stands.Spoke to Victoria Plum.who went into administration last year, so their guarantee of five years is null and void.Victoria Plum aren't being very helpful other than go to your bank and try and claim, which I can't do as it has to be within two years, or go to the receivers, good luck with that.Removing the faulty tray will damage the wall tiles and floor tiles, I don't have enough to redo, and finding matching batch numbers will be impossible, I've asked.I will have to pay for new wall tiles, new floor tiles, new shower tray, under flooring, and the damage to my kitchen ceiling, and anything else that they discover upon removal of the tray, leaving me with a bill of thousands, and Victoria Plum simply don't care, because they are owned AHK Designs, but can still trade as Victoria Plum, and still sell all their 'OWN' brands which include MODE Bathrooms and 8 other 'OWN' brands, which offer between 1-5 years guarantees on.How can a new company take on this company, trade as the same name company, use the same brands and still sell what they sold me, but get to 'Get out' of honouring my faulty tray, and the damage it has caused to my bathroom and subsequently my kitchen ceiling.Absolutely disgusting that companies get to go into administration but be allowed to trade under the same name, with the exception of some very small print on their website.I also got offered to be supplied with a new tray, i asked is that free of charge.no the guy said, you can buy it!I'm unsure of how helpful that was, like I'm ever going to buy from them ever again, and especially the same item.**EDIT**The response from Victoria Plum was quicker on here than when ringing them, over 45 minutes to answer the phone.I have contacted my bank, they request that to file a dispute it needs to be within 541 days of the transaction.I have spoken with the administrations company, who said by all means submit a claim to the creditors, you MIGHT receive some form of payment in the next 2-3 years.Your reply is as useless as the phone call i had earlier.Thank you for absolutely nothing.**EDIT 2**Cannot believe that i do not even warrant an actual human reply, but a copy and paste.

Be very very wary of ordering from this company. My order arrived (almost $700 paid) missing the basin for the vanity unit and with the wrong colour seat to the toilet. Delivery was chaotic with driver going to wrong address, ringing me several timesand finally arrived with no record of what I had ordered. He unloaded some boxes, left no order slip and went. Website states they are meant to photograph the delivery and ask it to be inspected which he didn't do. i have asked for proof that the basin was delivered and they can't provide it. My builder opened the boxes after 3 days as much dusty work was being done and noticed the missing basin and wrong loo seat. As I am outwith Victoria Plum police of 3 days to report faults they are refusing to do anything. It is of course impossible to speak to anyone. Customer service non existent. Please think twice before you order from VictoriaPlum
