They delivered multiple wrong items in my order (wrong radiators, wrong bath, wrong colour plinth..) leading to multiple redeliveries and collections - which were also wrong e.g. sending the right bath finally but with out the feet, sending replacement radiators but with one still in the wrong colour. Their boxes are often labelled incorrectly. It has lead to an additional 36 hours of delivery and collection times plus multiple phone calls and chats to resolve this. Its a complete waste of time and shows an inability to manage purchase, stock and customer service. I would never recommend

"Still confused"
No confirmation from Victoriaplum when I will get my missing parts. I am confused as to why the easy clean (water repellent) coating would be on the outside of the screen as this won't get wet. I was under the impression that this coating was to reduce line scale build up from shower water!!!

A little chaotic to begin with, but hopefully all ironed out now thanks to Zubair on the chat service.Our new toilet vanity was meant to be delivered Wednesday, however the delivery van had broken down, so didn't receive delivery. The next day the unit and toilet arrived. Started to unpack the items, starting with the toilet and realised we'd been sent the incorrect toilet. After 40mins on the phone we arranged for the correct toilet to be sent. Once the new toilet arrived, we got our plumber back for a 3rd time and we seemed to be on our way, until we found one of the panels was damaged at the corner. As it was a weekend (Sat am), we couldn't get in touch, as the phone lines and chat don't open until 8:30 Monday. So today I have been through everything with Zubair and they have arranged a replacement panel to be sent out tomorrow.The unit itself looks really lovely, so hopefully once the panel is fitted this week, we'll just say it was worth the wait!
