Placed an on order for bath sink and toilet on 30th March all was in stock and delivery was set for 9th April. 8th April had a call to say delivery would be with me on the 9th.Morning of the 9th the truck arrived at my house with none of my order on board.Called customer services at 13:57 on hold for 22 mins started to explain to customer services representative and he hung the phone up on me waited a couple minutes to see if he would call back (he did not)14:20 called again on hold for 13 mins answered could hear the office background noise then phone was hung up on me 14:34 called again on hold 16 mins call answered again could hear the office but person hung phone up again 14:50 20 mins on hold finally got through to someone who told me that the Bath wasn't in stock and that's why nothing was delivered I asked for them to deliver my toilet and sink asap and follow up with the Bath. Toilet and sink was then scheduled to deliver on Friday and the Bath would follow up on Tuesday. I told the member of staff that I was unhappy with the situation as I had taken time off for the delivery and had removed my old bathroom suite in preperation. Was told a manager would call me back 15:12 9th march email received blaming it all on a technical error No manager called on the 9th or 10th so I called back on the 11th 09:25am called was on hold for 70 mins before finally speaking with someone had to explain everything again and ask why I hadn't been called by a manager was told that because it was Eid that they were operating a skeleton staff with only one manager and he would not have time to speak with me. I asked again that a manager call me and checked that my Bath delivery was still on schedule to deliver on Tuesday 16th was told it was and that I would be called.It is now Tuesday 16th and I have had no delivery and no call so again I called spent 35 mins on hold and have now been told that it won't deliver until after the 23rd firs because of a technical error then because it wasn't in stock? Asked for a manager was told again that I couldn't speak to a manager but that they would request someone to call me I am beyond frustwith victoriaplum nobody wants to help nobody knows what is going on and by all accounts the company is without management and nobody leaves any sort of notes detailing previous calls I am hoping that someone who knows what is happening will now contact me to resolve this because I a, at the end of my tether

Part of my order was missing and Hashim was very helpful and reorganised a delivery date for when i was next home. Webchat is easy to use - I had waited over 15 mins on the phone and was still 5th in line but there was no wait time at all for Hashim. Great service.
