"Expensive delivery"

Easy to use website, good choice, reasonable prices although having to pay $35 extra to get the delivery people to take the items into your house is a bit of a rip off especially after spending over $1,100. How can elderly customers like ourselves carry heavy bathroom fittings into the house.

If I could rate no stars - I would!Order expected yesterday, not delivered.Chased up and told they don't know where the order is, nor who is delivering it, nor when it is coming.Overseas call centre - can't understand a word they say!I now have an 89 year old mother without a bathroom that was supposed to be done today!Avoid avoid avoid!

Tap looks amazing, unfortunatly there was a fault with it. A replacement was sent out as soon as I explained the problem to Taimoor (customer service rep). This was really easy to do on line. Really reassuring for anyone else thinking of buying on line, if it doesnt work and its not your fault - they will help :)

Appalling customer service. Unreasonable request for 'evidence' that an item is faulty. In this instance a bottle trap they specifically say should be purchased was too small. Very difficult to show this in a photo!! And also very convenient for VP as they then refuse a refund for a faulty item.

The call is answered quickly and the problem was sorted out by Maha without too much difficulty. Saves waiting for the phone to be answered and there is an audit trail if there is a discrepancy.
