Excellent customer support from Leah who helped me resolve an issue with some damaged items. She quickly arranged for replacements to be delivered in two days. I would have given 5 stars if the items hadn't arrived damaged in the first place, which was no doubt due to the handling by the courier.

"So the disappointment continues"
So the disappointment continues. So there was a missing item from the original delivery. The replacement came, wrong again. After a couple of delivery dates that didn't happen the missing item was finally replaced. Stupidly I ordered some other bits from VictoriaPlum, The 1st delivery date was missed after the courier called me to say that my delivery wasn't on his van, so a replacement was sent. Of the 3 items ordered one was delivered damaged, the other 2 items are going to be replaced. So after 4 weeks I STILL can't finish my bathroom! The customer care guys are great, however the use of different couriers & Parcelforce is an absolute disaster. The online chat is hit & miss if you do have an issue. However, if it does work they're quick to deal with it. Such a shame as a year ago they were great. I'd buy local if you're fitting a new bathroom, at least until they've sorted out these issues.

Bought 2 items which i had to return. I waited for a refund, but nothing happened. Thankfully I retained my receipts for returning said items, as one of the items was worth over $100, and they initially said that they hadn't received it. By chatting with Taimoor and producing copies of my receipts my refund has now been raised.
