My order was messed up twice & only half my goods deleverd. Paid special delevery and waited 10 days!!! rude customer services and I will never use them again!!!

"Dishonest company- avoid"
Although I eventually received my product, I am rating poorly based on Victoria Plum's dishonest customer service.When seeking an order update, I was informed by a member of their team that my order had been dispatched. Yet shortly after I received an email changing the delivery date as it was "out of stock", causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience with no acknowledgement or apology for the incorrect information (lie) I had been given.Despite paying extra for "VIP Premium", "room of choice", "2 man" delivery options, I had a 1man delivery team and had to help him unload the bath from the van. He showed his instructions which listed 1 man standard delivery. So not his fault. Shocking that they weren't prepared to unload the items alone, so room of choice definitely wasn't going to happen.The company's response to my concerns lacked honesty as they stated that I had paid for chosen day not room of choice, and I have proof showing otherwise (plus I didn't get my chosen day either).I have requested a refund and will not be returning for purchases for the rest of my bathroom reno due to the dishonesty.For anyone considering Victoria Plum, I advise caution, especially if relying on their delivery service for bulky items.Edit: you can probably see by the reply from the customer service that my refund is on it way. Well I did get a refund just not for what I was supposed to. Even though I was told I would get a full refund for delivery of $35 they gave me just $10. I'm honestly just so angry and just feeling so frustby this. Dealing with their customer service is also extremely difficult. You can't even get through to someone. Why do I have spend hours complaining to get you to do something right!!

Had a part from an order missing did a live chat with Hashim who quickly resolved my issue and arranged a replacement part. Great to see a company be helpful

Recently received a delivery of goods from Victoria plum,unfortunately there was damage to one of the items,raised a complaint via chat bot and thanks to Tayyaba had my problem quickly resolved,had a replacement ordered straight away,but then decided on a partial refund, all sorted with the minimum of fuss, great customer service, thanks again Tayyaba.
