Contacted Faizan today on their chat line. He was very helpful and able to answer my query in full. The first time around I ticked various boxes on the automated help section and got a bot. I abandoned that and tried a second time, asking for an agent. Got straight through and all questions answered.

"Shambolic liars"
Terrible service. Ordered on Monday 8th April with delivery scheduled for 14th April. Randomly on the 10th April some parts of the order turned up unannounced, luckily someone was at home to receive it. Was emailed on 13th April to say one item was out of stock and would be delivered on 20th April but the rest would arrive on the 14th as planned. The scheduled delivery for 14th April did not arrive and when I contacted them they said it would all be rearranged for the 20th. Then an hour later I got an email to say that some items were out of stock and delivery would not be before 25th April, too late for me as the fitter starts on the 22nd. When I asked what items were late it was everything in the order. Just feel completely lied to throughout the process and would advise against ever using this shoddy excuse for a company. Have asked for a full refund and for them to collect the bits that were delivered as they are no use as they are. Utter shambles. Order 1fwj3qmv if anyone cares.Edit 18th April: have just received an email to say delivery is coming Saturday.for the order I cancelled yesterday. Edit 24th April: a week later and I still have no refund.
