Started poorly as I think the adviser was busy. However once he turned to my case, Maha was excellent. Arranged cancellation and refund of unwanted radiator and then after I ordered a different one, he arranged for it to be bundled with every other radiator coming for delivery to me in 5 days' time. Well done Maha. UPDATE - wheels came off this company's operation. Don't use. Two Bonaire radiators haven't arrived weeks after ordering them. They sent two radiators of another design by accident. I had to stay at home to be there for collection. Then contacted Live Agent on Thursday 21 March 2024 who apologised and promised I would be emailed with an update about 2 missing radiators in 24 hours. He lied. Contacted Live Chat again on Monday 25th March 2024 and Taimoor just went round in circles and said he apologised and that I would be emailed within 24 or 48 hours. So neither of these radiators and just another promise for another email. Go use another company who you can get in touch with. And who sends the right products. And who helps out when things go awry. This company is not up to scratch to deal with customers yet. Maybe try again in 2025 to see if they have found their feet.

My husband ordered bathroom furniture and few weeks later we noticed that basin came broken. After contacting Victoria Plum they say they have 7 days policy to report issue. This is against consumer rights and I would suggest AVOID this seller and buy somewhere else.
