I have been chasing them about my refund since September 2023 for a purchased made in august that never arrived to my house due to custom issues.I was confirmed a refund would be granted but I should allow up to 3 months (already a massive red flag) , I have yet to receive my refund despite them having confirmed everything in beginning December, since December they have not responded to a SINGLE email I have sent. They're a scam, thieves and by far the worst customer service i have ever come across. What an appalling and disgusting company. This is the level of service you hold yourselves to??? Absolute joke

"Poor quality, awful refund policy"
The quality and sizing was way off, and to have to spend $20 to ship back a poor quality item just to have to then spend more money because you'll only get a store credit is really disappointing. If you believed in your product you'd allow people to get refunds rather than store credit. I bought another item just to feel as though I didn't throw away $150 on my last item and the return shipping, and now I still have to cover shipping for the new product I may not even like. Really poor concept that will absolutely deter me from shopping here again.

"AVOID"
AVOID - Ordered mid October to UK, shipping said 5-8 business working days it's now mid November and no parcel. Haven't had a shipping update since 2nd November. Contacted customer service they just reply patronising to say there's nothing they can do. Very unhelpful. Have since read it can be help up at customs, by which if I do receive the parcel I will have to pay about $80 custom fees. On top of the $15.99 shipping fee. AVOID
