My FAVOURITE dress brand! baby Boo hasnever failed me! I always know the dresses are such amazing quality, super cheap, and consistent in fit. The only downside is I actually can't keep up with buying all the amazing new arrivals! ?

I loved that although the size I needed for the dress I wanted was out of stock, Babyboo fashion had a email alert symptom to let me know when my size was back in and available! This made it super easy for me to purchase what I wanted.

I ordered a dress, and paid 301DKK (which equals to 40eur) for express shipping which should take up to 2-5 business days. I ordered my dress on a business day and therefor expected my dress arrive when promised. But because the company (baby boo fashion) shipped my order 2 days later than they should have, my dress is now being delivered later than promised. I don't find this okay, because I could've saved those $$. I tried to reach to them, but they said that they don't ship on weekends but I tried to explain that I ordered my dress on a business day in the morning. But they refuse to give me refund or anything for that matter, which I find sad. Because it's a lot of money to give for shipping but because they promised it would arrive on the expected day, I paid for it. But for them to then ship it late and still not refund my money (just for shipping) is truly disappointing.):

I am absolutely disgusted with this company! They did not state clearly that this website was non-refundable I ordered multiple dresses to try on and when I went to go to send them back the website will not even let me create a returns label! And said that they can not cancel my order even though I haven't had some of the dresses yet and are stating I can only have store credit. I have emailed customer service and I have still had no answer! I will be reporting this to the small claims court if nothing is sorted DO NOT ORDER from this site.
