**SCAM ALERT:** Avoid BABYBOO Fashion at all costs!I ordered a dress from BABYBOO Fashion with the expectation of receiving it within 5 to 8 working days. However, it took three weeks for the dress to arrive. This delay forced me to purchase another dress for an upcoming event, incurring additional expenses.When the dress finally arrived, I was away on vacation and unable to collect it. It was automatically returned to the sender. The company's terms and conditions clearly state that returned items in their original condition are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.Despite this policy, BABYBOO Fashion informed me that my refund would be issued as store credit. I did not make my original payment using store credit; I used my Visa debit card.I have taken screenshots of the company's terms and conditions as evidence and will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. I urge others to avoid BABYBOO Fashion and their deceptive practices.
