The dresses I bought fit absolutely perfectly and I got so many compliments on them! The one dress that wasn't for me I returned and it was the easiest return! I'll be shopping here again for sure

If I could give them a 0 I would. I don't really understand how are they not closed yet. I have read a couple of the 1 reviews here and I see so many people having the exact same problem as I have. I have placed an order on the 15th of February and I still have not received my order. I have contacted both DHL and them and guess what, they ignore all my messages. Provided me 0 help with the order even though I have already paid 300 dollars for 3 dresses. This is just theft. I have filed a complaint report to ACCC which I recommend all of you to do. This is straight up illegal. To me is very funny how many "good" reviews they have that seem to be from very fake accounts. The only people they care about are influencers.

An actual joke of a site, no refund policy OR proper customer service, their sizing is all wack and I keep receiving faulty items which I have to pay my own money to alter!! Actually ridiculous DO NOT BUY OFF THEM, way overpriced for what you get. like I'm sorry

"Horrible returns policies"

1st incident. I bought 2 dresses at the same time, in the same order. When returning them to swap sizing, I had to wait to get my 'store credit gift card' so that I could purchase the same dress, in a different size. By the time I received it, the dress was out of stock in the size I needed. They also sent me 2 individual gift cards, rather than 1 gift card for the total I paid, even though I bought both dresses together. So I had to do two seperate purchases/orders.2nd incident. Bought a different dress from their 'sparkle' range. It shed an insane amount of glitter all night, all over every chair that I sat on, it would rub off on people when I gave them a hug, it was horrible. I then realized the next day, that it shed so much that there were clear patches all over the dress where it had rubbed off. Sent photos to their 'customer service team' only to be told it's normal and they would only offer me 30% off my next purchase. Horrible customer service.

I would advise against ordering from this company! Refund policy is terrible and customer service not the best! Also EXTREMELY long delivery! I placed an order for 3 dresses on the 1st December. I was only meant to order one so emailed within 10 hours of placing the order to cancel/adjust order! This was refused as they are unable to do this(rubbish) they then said I would need to return them for a credit note! $310!!! It didn't stop there! My confirmation email stated it would be dispatched within 24 hours, my order was dispatched on the 11th December. It's now the 27th December and I still don't have the dresses! I wouldn't be surprised if my order never arrives! After several emails I got the same reply, copied and pasted by the looks of it! They expect you to accept some of their terms and conditions but they don't stick to them! Joke of a company!!
