The dress was stunning! Everything from the color, the fit of the top, and the proportions were perfect. I did have to get it steamed and hemmed. I'm 5'2 so that's expected. Other than that, I felt fabulous!

Please take care before ordering and check the returns policy as their T&C's contradict themselves and they refuse to credit monies back to your bank account even when goods are returned in a timely manner. Only a credit voucher valid for 6 mths is offered. They have fleeced my daughter for over $100 and she didn't want a credit note as the goods weren't the quality she thought.

Order ref -#825655 Update - i have provided member reference and emailed and still received no response as their reply below would suggest i would have.Order returned 3 months ago and NO REFUND OF ANY SORT!!After waiting a fair amount of time I queried this with the customer help team they simply advised it has not been processed yet. I then queried each subsequent month and I was told they had a back log working through the items (that never made it to me to start with as their courier returned to sender). The next month they simply stopped responding to mt polite email queries. Not only that but i was already accepting that they would only refund in store credit even though i never did receive the order!!! But i have not even received that.

I had never ordered from BabyBoo but had constantly been looking at their clothes. When looking for my Eras Tour outfit their Katrina Mini Dress in black stood out to me. I HAD to get it, I was worried that it may not fit properly or wouldn't look like the photo online, but I ordered and it came within a week! The dress fit perfectly for a size 6, and was exactly what was pictured on the website. I wore it to the Eras Tour and it was amazing. Love the dress so much, just need to find somewhere else to wear it!
