Bought some slides. Soooo comfy and practical too. Wasn't sure if the top would rub but it doesn't. Easy to wipe clean. Can be worn inside and outside. Slightly expensive hence 4* rather than 5! Really need/want another pair now in another colour! Plus my daughter wants to pinch them - fortunately I take a larger size than her or think I would have lost them already!

"Broken guarantee"

The blanket ordered is fine, but very disappointed in customer service. Ordered on 18th ember within the guaranteed pre Christmas delivery time and just in case upgraded and paid extra for the delivery to be the rush delivery. My order finally arrived on 28th ember, the website says " Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on following working day." I received notification that my order was packed and ready for dispatch late on 22nd , I have complained and the blame was put on DHL, however 3 or 4 day turn around to pack my order doesn't give the courier much of a chance to deliver pre Christmas, the embarrassment of being without a gift for someone is awful. Feel very let down and would not consider ordering from a company again who makes promises and then doesn't deliver.. I feel slightly conned, as I ordered from this company because of the pre Christmas delivery guarantee, then let down terribly, if I had known this was going to arrive post Christmas I would have ordered elsewhere.

I thought this would be a "safe" company to order from - unfortunately, I think I'm wrong.I placed my on the 25/11/23 and I'm STILL waiting for it to arrive!!Of course, there isn't a direct phone number for Customer Services, which would be really helpful. Having to leave them begging messages and crossing my fingers for an early response is beyond ridiculous. I'm very disappointed ?UPDATE EDIT :I have just found out that, because the parcel was damaged, it is being returned TODAY (05/12/23) to the "Mothership Group"!!!!!!!Who is this "Mothership Group".When can I expect my "new" and repackaged parcel to be delivered? Would I recommend Kudd.ly? Most definitely NOT,

Unfortunately they have not, they are very heavy and I am even hotter with them so they have been rolled up and just have to accept another waste of money.

"Terrible Returns Service"

I ordered a glacial grey blanket thinking it would be grey. When it arrived it was a not very nice white colour. I asked for a refund as in my opinion it wasn't what I'd ordered and was told I had to pay for return postage. It cost me $7 to return something I hadn't ordered. I then waited for 2 weeks after I received the courier's notification that my parcel had been delivered and I still hadn't received the refund. When I contacted them they told me the warehouse couldn't locate the parcel and I had to send them details of the tracking number. This was despite the fact that my name, address and order/return number was on both the inside and outside of the parcel. I eventually did receive the refund but I am still $7 out of pocket due to the inaccuracies in the description on their site. I would also like to say that the website said the blanket was 5kg but when it arrived it was clearly marked as only 4.7kg.I will never use this company again.

The weighted blankets are fantastic. Only 4 because of the length of time to get them. Guess Covid has a lot to do with it. I thought I was order from a UK distributor.

Great product has helped me relax more and sleep better but gets really hot under the blanket. Don't agree it's 'cooling'
