Excellent professional! without a doubt the best in years

"Hostinger.com a bunch of thieves."

This Company of Hostinger.com has stolen straight out my domain name ourstarearth.com and there is no improvements on thieves but punishment.I bought Hosting and paid about it but, they didn't allow access and stolen my domain name like that. They got paid to perform like that from a third party and that is their motive. Hostinger.com is the worst experience anybody can have on his business, thieves and a system that is slow and problematic as I learn from users.

I was a loyal customer of IONOS (1&1) since 2015, however recently due to a myriad of issues especially with their lack of customer support, I decided to change provider. I looked around and found Hostinger, and my God I wish I moved to them years ago. It's so much more cheaper, faster, better and their customer service team are lightening-fast, solving all my issues. Plus, they don't have hidden costs, so everything is included in your basic package, such as SSL certificates, mailboxes etc. The GUI of their hpanel is 10/10 and honestly, can't fault anything at all. A huge thanks to Hostinger from me!

Well, I've been using Bluehost for a while and I liked their customer support, you would contact them and they would respond in seconds but over the years, their packages kept going up without any new features, and that's when I found Hostinger, I wish I knew the platform early. Of course I was skeptical about the support, but it's way better than what bluehost.

"Expiration date not synced between dashboard and registrar"

On my dashboard the expiry date is listed as 12 March 2025, meanwhile I got a billing email which said my expiry date was 12 March 2024. I have asked for help from the staff from Hosting Indonesia to change the expiry date display on the dashboard so that I can bill my clients. as requested by my client, but it was said that it could not be done because the relevant team said that the expiry date could not be synced because it was integwith the registrar. as information the registrar used is also UAB Hostinger. Fix this issue and I will add more stars to your business.
