Everything went as planned. Very clean comfortable ship with excellent food. All staff were both curteous and helpful.

It was a new experiences for my girlfriend and me and we had a great time with lots of new memories.The ship was clean and everything we needed was present. Employees are very friendly and have a good vibe that. Also the trip towards Newcastle was great. Dinner and breakfast also very good, we loved the herring and soup (first day asperges and second mushrooms)

Food at the cafeteria is too expensive and not hot enough.Baguettes at the bar are too expensive for the size.Lighting in the lounges too bright at night and air con is very cold.New fit out is good!

Very good value for money, the boat has been spruced up considerably. Its just such a shame that the internet is so rubbish (it is free though, but almost useless, more often than not returning "you are offline"). As far as i can tell from the DFDS website, their premium wifi service is not available on the Newhaven route - maybe it will be in the future. I hope so.
