It s a good easy-to-use system and the customer service is quick. very good for the price compared to the other competitors. the only reason it s not 5 stars is the inability to change and move my seating plan myself, I have to send in photos of it which can get quite annoying. I received an unsolicited email from Quandoo relating to a booking that they didn t reference. Quandoo offered me a 10 credit on future bookings.The email bore all the hallmarks of a phishing email so I deleted it and blocked the email address.If this is a legitimate service, then the email they sent me was awful.
