Proud member since 1983. I absolutely would recommend Great Basin to anyone looking for a bank! Over the years I have had my debit card number stolen and used, they are always really on top of it. They always do the investigation in a timely manner and get my money back in my account asap. Thank You This company! I love the online banking the website is super user friendly.

"Wayback when this bank used to be great"

Wayback when this bank used to be great.However the response to Covid was atrocious. They close down the main lobby s and made the banks drive-through only. Great plan except the local branch does not have a drive-through. Which means I got to spend a 40 minute round-trip driving anytime I wanted to go to my local branch. Furthermore they limited withdrawals and had no exceptions. In other words if I wanted to withdraw 10K in cash. It would take me five days and approximately three hours of driving. I understand that there has always been a withdrawal limit in place. However by calling ahead you were always able to withdraw whatever you wanted with 48 hours notice.

"I was very pleased with the way Great."

I was very pleased with the way Great Basin helped me when I had lost my debit card. When I explained the problem the manager was very quick to explainhow it could be fixed very quickly and simply, without making me feel foolish for letting it happened. He then ask me just a few questions and right away he issued me a new debit card and asked if I needed cash for the day because it takes a few hours for the card to activate, thereby saving me embarrassment, in case I tried to use it to quickly. Great customer service again, thank you. Bill Warner
