"Not spectacular bank"

I have had prior banking relationships in other states that I genuinely felt connected to. Since I have moved to Nevada I thought Great Basin would provide a similar relationship. I have several incidents that I had to call in to have resolved, such an inconvenience because it was errors on their end.

I won't leave them... they'll have to chase me away!!I have had accounts with B of A, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Greater Nv Credit Union, and Great Basin over the years. For the past 10 years I have stuck with Great Basin and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Every branch in the Reno/Sparks area has the most amazing staff that I have ever dealt with.THANKS FOR BEING THE BEST BANKING / LENDER IN THE WORLD!!!!!

Its all about customer care. They actually answer the phone, great rates and free checking. Very pleasant on the phone and face to face.
