John at the main branch was awesome. I went in to open a new checking account. Now mind you I was on my lunch break. Let me tell you, he got me in and out in about 30 minutes and took care of another issue for me. Explained everything thoroughly so I understood. Great customer service.

These banks want to be known for publicity and money , my experience with them not good , I don t ask for a much just a smile and not a fake smile like they have to . I was advised when someone else appeared to use my account, and the problem was solved quickly. I have used all three branches through the years, but the last years have been the Northwest branch. The customer service (tellers behind the counter)was a 99%. I would have liked to have been considered for a lower interest rate, since I had been punctual on all payments. I still have a savings account there also.
