I was drowning in debt and they made it do easy to get started. I then had a few injuries and was off my work and on statutory sick pay and they were helpful aloud payment breaks until my usual income returned.

Shaun showed great patience with the situation which took longer than expected but was down to issues on our end. My advice to anyone struggling with debt is give them and call and just explain the situation, trusteed will tell you all the options. We feel a lot less stressed and anxious knowing our debt is being handled in the correct way and no longer get that stomach turn whenever you open a letter or an unknown number calls you.
