I contacted Trust Deed Scotland initially as I had some major debt problems and needed some advice on how best to deal with this. I felt immediately relieved and reassured by the excellent advice I received from them on how to best deal with my situation. During our conversations I always felt listened to and understood and given the best advice for me personally in solving my problem. I can't tell you how great Michael and Bobby have been. I am the most disarranged person ever and not only were the guys understanding they broke everything down to simple terms and directed me every step of the way. I was at the stage of just burying my head in the sand, not opening envelopes, worrying and now the guys have removed all that from me. Apart from the fact that my debt is being solved the customer service Michael and Bobby give is exemplary. It's also made a massive difference to me that when dealing with a company over something as stressful as debt my points of contact were Scottish and we could understand each other as opposed to breakdowns in communication due to language barriers. It wasn't a decision I took likely but it was the only option for me at this moment I needed to deal with debt. My advisor was amazing he explain all the plans and i choose the correct one for me. The advisor made sure I was fully aware and was able to break things down for me as I sometimes struggle with this due to autism and he must have had the patience of a Saint when I asked for things to be clarified. I would highly recommend trust deed if you are in financial difficulties.
