For anyone that is worried about going through a Trust Deed, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! I pondered for months as I thought the process was going to be lengthy and complicated. I was very much mistaken!! The very first call to Trust Deed Scotland and speaking with Michael, he put me at ease and explained all the options available. The process was quick and simple. The relief I feel now is fantastic! I've not felt like this in months. Thank you Michael and Trust Deed Scotland.

I was extremely apprehensive to contact Trust Deed Scotland. The process,the thought and the reality of explaining my situation was daunting. I was in a position of decline with my debt struggles, although I was making the min payments to each of my creditors on time each month I was struggling just working to pay off what I owe and scraping by month on month . With one call Jason quite literally changed my life. He was extremely reassuring and it felt like he held my hand through every stage of the process. Including follow up calls to inform me of the next step and the next - the whole process took roughly 3/4 days to complete - It was smooth and well laid out and also extremely informative every peice of jargon and process was explained in detail, which made it all swift and "painless" - My TD just became protected today after about a month from contact and yet another weight was lifted. I couldn't recommend it more and as I explained to Jason I feel having a TD is the moral thing to do to in order to get my finances and my future sorted.

I was really nervous to go ahead with this. No one likes to admit that they are struggling and have got deep in debt but by the end of the first phone call I felt so much better. All the staff I dealt with were amazing, especially the person who dealt with my case. They make you feel so comfortable and not judged in the slightest. So glad I took the plunge and went through with it. Such a massive weight off my shoulders.

I contacted trust deed Scotland a while before I actually plucked up the courage to answer the phone to them as I was so nervous as the debt I had got myself into! I answered the call last Thursday and was the best thing I could have done. I was making minimum payments to my debts and couldn't see a way out. However a phone call from Shaun soon sorted it all out for me. He worked it all out for me and gave me my options good and badOf them all and I settled in the best plan for me. I can now see a finish line for my debts to be paid off at a more manageable monthly payment and get back to enjoying some of my wage for myself again. Thank you again Shaun for being so kind. I felt listened to and was such an easy process through out
