"2 days ago all my websites on their."

2 days ago all my websites on their server stopped working! Today again the same issue has come up!I have over 70 websites of my clients hosted on Hostinger, and they are now onto me!I shifted from Namecheap, which I think was my biggest mistake. Shameful service!!I can assure you that over 60% of reviews over here are fakehow can your servers crash twice in 4 days?

"Great choice if you don't need email and don't need tech support"

The hosting service itself was very good. Fast & reliable, cheap for the initial contract term too but they randomly made changes that caused untold problems and then would deny they did it. I had a reseller hosting acct with over 20 business domains on my acct. None were set to use cloudflare. Over a year in to my term and they turned on cloudflare for all sites with no warning. All sites went down and I got an email telling me I turned it on after the fact! They removed services, especially related to email forcing you to buy the same services back in order to retain them. Tech support was not very knowledgable, never could resolve an issue or explain why something happened. I had been managing servers for 25 yrs already so I knew my way around and called them out over obvious screwups on their end but there was always some silly excuse, never admitting their mistakes. I hated to leave because the servers were screaming fast & reliable with good pkgs for sure but I couldn't tolerate the absolutely terrible experience of AI led support which they started to use heavily in 2023 and their email service simply sucked for businesses with all the authentication required today and which could not be implemented with hostinger.

Great experience of live support with Luciene!I recently changed web host and needed extra help to set up my webshop again live.I received excellent service from this agent, who took the time to really look into my case and guide me through the process (with screenshots and clear explanations). She stayed with me interacting until it was solved.Also, the platform is great for webshops, no commissions on sales, and nice intuitive web builder to create. Good plans' prices.For now, I am a happy customer
