Spent 2 hours held hostage in a chat by Petra refusing to disconnect or transfer me to a new specialist. After these 2 hours was still not given assistance with updating DNS records once I migmy site. So, they are very willing to get your business, but once you are there, you are kinda screwed.Here is an actual transcript of our interaction. By the way she has not responded to my last inquiry for over 20 minutes. I only provided 4 records to add, as you mentioned about email issue. Here are the details of the record : 1. DKIM, SPF, and autodiscover for Outlook. You can add DKIM and SPF as TXT record and the autodiscover as CNAME : [Image "image.png"] 2.
