Spent 2 hours held hostage in a chat by Petra refusing to disconnect or transfer me to a new specialist. After these 2 hours was still not given assistance with updating DNS records once I migmy site. So, they are very willing to get your business, but once you are there, you are kinda screwed.Here is an actual transcript of our interaction. By the way she has not responded to my last inquiry for over 20 minutes. We decided to file a case in consumer court you have to pay for what did you do to me.
