Technical support (not AI) is awesome. They try to help you out on your problem, even if you are a beginner. You might find some response delays in some cases, but they eventually (help you) solve the issue. The management panel is self-explanatory and well-organized. Email and database services are great and always available, and I have not experienced any issues so far.

TERRIBLE. Middle of the day the server is down with all the sites for backup of hours.... 5 hours. Can't restart the server. No technical team to help. They are at home in Europe.Tech support is a joke. AVOID.

I am so fed up with Hostinger! Today i ordered a domain and said Route not Found after purchasing. Tried 3 times and got charged all 3 times to my bank. I have a domain that i registered and was taken away from me by another buyer even though i have proof of purchase, 2 months later the domain was registered by someone else which is rediculous.I also have another domain that is expiring and i payed via their Coinsgate system and took 5 days to go through but never renewed.I have all the proof of tx for Coinsgate, history of my bank being charged 3 times and never received the 1 domain and domains even showing on my account even though they have been registered by someone else now. Such a joke, i am going to keep posting until this is sorted out.Now their live chat does not work so you cannot even get in touch. Either this or they have blocked me from accessing the chat.Great support!
