bad experience with them. all i wanted to do was to stake some AWC so i exchanged my BTC to AWC to stake them and somehow i lost 40$ extra on fee when it only said that the fee was 11$, but what i didnt know was that they have 2 different AWC(one blue and one yellow icon). so couldnt do ish with my AWC that ive gotten because i needed ETC to exchange my AWC again. and when i contacted them about this i asked the to explain about the fee, they ignored it and i asked a question which the also ignored.a text from our conversation:global support: As I can see, there was no discrepancy in the expected and estimated amounts.We do not assign a dollar value to each coin. "It's OK overall"

It's OK overall. It has some good features. You can do the basics: buy, sell, trade, and stake crypto. However, I've been using it for almost half a year now and still can't get get an accurate transaction history for tax purposes. Even for their own AWC token, I see my total, but no record of when I bought it or how much I paid for it. Staking AWC gives me 20% per year. I think the total is going up, but who knows since there's no record in the wallet of how much I bought.Response to Reply: I have already contacted support and sent screenshots. Still no fix.
