"Simple and easy to use to a point."
Simple and easy to use, do the businesses, with 1 issue around sending 1 DOT and not being able to deposit the small amount of DOT for the transfer. After 5 emails it has become clare your ability to communicate in layman's terms and give a simply step by step instruction is not your strong point.

"global is a great trading platform."
global is a great trading platform that's user friendly and safe. I love doing business through them. Also they're presently offering staking rewards which is just like earning interest on your investments.

"bad experience with them"
bad experience with them. all i wanted to do was to stake some AWC so i exchanged my BTC to AWC to stake them and somehow i lost 40$ extra on fee when it only said that the fee was 11$, but what i didnt know was that they have 2 different AWC(one blue and one yellow icon). so couldnt do ish with my AWC that ive gotten because i needed ETC to exchange my AWC again. and when i contacted them about this i asked the to explain about the fee, they ignored it and i asked a question which the also ignored.a text from our conversation:global support: As I can see, there was no discrepancy in the expected and estimated amounts. We do not assign a dollar value to each coin. The $ values you see in global Wallet are taken from the website CryptoCompare for illustration purposes. They can be different from the prices you see on other websites or exchanges. Our exchange partner does not use $ values to present the coin rates. They derive their rates from the liquidity provider pools. If you have any questions left or need our assistance, please let us know.my respons: i dont understand. walk me through this pls. so ur telling me that the value that u present to us in our wallet is incorrect? i as i see it, my 0.005209 btc minus 0.00020377 btc (your fee) leaves me at 0.00500523 btc which wouldve given me around 142 awc. i dont see how i can have 20 awc less. the math is incorrect however i put it.their respons: 'which wouldve given me around 142 awc'Our exchange partner informed us that the initial estimated amount was 122.8905193 AWC, not 142 AWC. Could you please provide any proof that the initial estimated amount was different?my respons: ........ i asked u 2 questions. well whatever dont gonna waste my time. but why cant i exchange my awc to something else? why do i need ETH to be able to exchange??their respons: Please note that you always need to have ETH in order to cover the network fee when sending/exchanging ETH-based tokens. Especially in non-custodial wallets like global Wallet where we don't have access to your funds and you need to cover the network fee from your own funds unlike Coinbase, ShapeShift, etc. This is how Ethereum and blockchain works. Here you can learn more - How to send or exchange ERC20 ETH tokens?they were fast on responding tho gotta give that to them.as u see i even told them that i asked them two questions, which they continued to ignore. at that event my BTC was valued at 303$, after i exchanged to AWC the value was 252$. i checked if the btc/awc had gone down but no it was roughly the same. and what bugged me the most was "the $ value that we see is ONLY for illustration purposes". things should be more simple than this, dont wanna feel that i HAVE TO research about everything. some things they should have a link on "how to" for example. MOFOS, im taking my things to Exodus and trust wallet now.they were fast on responing tho gotta give them that.

"It's OK overall"
It's OK overall. It has some good features. You can do the basics: buy, sell, trade, and stake crypto. However, I've been using it for almost half a year now and still can't get get an accurate transaction history for tax purposes. Even for their own AWC token, I see my total, but no record of when I bought it or how much I paid for it. Staking AWC gives me 20% per year. I think the total is going up, but who knows since there's no record in the wallet of how much I bought.Response to Reply: I have already contacted support and sent screenshots. Still no fix.
