"About a year ago I transferred VET."

About a year ago I transferred VET tokens to a MEW wallet. I never checked that the VET tokens were in the MEW since I had many other coins/tokens in that wallet.It was not until I looked at the history of my global wallet transactions did I notice that despite VET being withdrawn, I could not find them anywhere.Since VET is not an ERC20 token, my transaction was hidden somewhere on the blockchain. I reached out to global and I am very happy that Simon global was able to help me retrieve my VET tokens. I also was very happy that I was also earning VTHO rewards.Another reason that I am happy that I got the VETs back is that they have more than quadrupled in value in less than a year. And VET and is still on the rise! So global has saved me thousands of dollars. Great job Simon global!

"Utterly disappointed with your customer."

Utterly disappointed with your customer support, as a customer i should not keep chasing and begging customer support to contact me when my tokens are missing and this is what happened to me with global anyhow.

So far great!I've been using global Wallet for a few years and haven't had a problem yet. Easy to use platform with a variety of coins and exchange options. I hope that one day soon the fiat purchase fee will decrease.

The fees for buying crypto are rtly determined by our rtner Simplex, but also by the fee from your issuing bank. That fee can be quite high because crypto operations are seen as high-risk operations by most of the banks. We hope that the clarification of the fees was helpful.
