"I would give this wallet 5 stars but."

I would give this wallet 5 stars but there are a few things it needs to improve.1. There are a few bugs. For instance, I sent 50 Tether TRC20 tokens out of my wallet but they still show in my wallet to this day and it's been about a month or more already...2. Buying coins from this wallet is VERY Expensive compared to other wallets and competitors. I priced it out and you lose about 20% buying some cryptos from this wallet as opposed to from other sources. If these guys had the best prices and lowest fees, I would forgive everything else and I'd probably use them exclusively...3. I have heard other stories of people losing money in this wallet, I have not personally, but the stories worry me and keep me from investing more with this wallet. I wish I could trust it because it's my favorite wallet I've ever used, but they need to fix these things before I can give it 5 stars.

Company Reply: Hi There! The first problem seems to be a simple display issue, ypu can try to restore the wallet and it will be reduced. Don't do anything bofore saving the correct version of your backup phrase offline.The fees for buying crypto are rtly determined by our rtner Simplex, but also by the fee from your issuing bank. That fee can be quite high because crypto operations are seen as high-risk operations by most of the banks. We hope that the clarification of the fees was helpful.You won't loose any funds if your device is safe. All the important infore is stored on it. Please , never share your backup phrase and keep it offline, stay safe.

"Love the wallet but need an additional log-in security feature"

I love the wallet and think its good and customer service has been responsive when needed. Unfortunately, I was hacked twice due to my error. Once because I got duped into giving up information because I thought I was chatting with global tech support and the other time, someone hacked my iCloud and got my passwords and was able to clean out my wallet (OUCH!!!). Big lessons learned, so giving it a third try with better practices and security. I wish the wallet had a two factor option. I might have to reach out to global to see if they can add on another security feature.

Company Reply: Hi There!We are sorry to read that. There are many scammers that use our team's icons. 2FA makes sense mostly for custody services. But it won't help when using decentralized wallets as global Wallet, where you fully control assets by owning private keys. If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection.
