"Good and bad with this wallet"

Good and bad with this wallet. I've been using it for a while now. I like that it can hold many coins in ONE easy to read interface. I don't like that occasionally, coins will disappear and then reappear minutes later. The refresh rate is slow and support is slow as they say they are swamped with support calls. I do get some good support once they respond back but lately it takes several days. I don't plan on switching because of the importance of having most of my coins in one location...hopefully they step up when crypto takes off!
