"4.5 stars. Great product."

Great product. Good user interface, and the real-time exchange displays are useful. The purchase experience is good, but the fees are a little steep and the excess of the 5% is not itemized. It would be nice if it reflected the market rates upon purchase (the transaction log only shows the coin amounts.) Otherwise, it's a very simple, user-friendly wallet.

Company Reply: Hi Adrian!The fees for buying crypto are rtly determined by our rtner Simplex, but also by the fee from your issuing bank. That fee can be quite high because crypto operations are seen as high-risk operations by most of the banks. global Wallet takes 2% fee and a minimum of 10$ per operation. We hope that the clarification of the fees was helpful.

Very good wallet, plenty of tokens to choose from. The build in exchange works good and it has a decent range of coins for staking.

This app is great and it is very user friendly. There are issues with the Simplex Payment System that is currently being used by global Wallet. They delay payments for no reason, please follow up with them !!

"Usefull Wallet"

Till now i not used the wallet much, but just in last time i realized that this wallet is really fine, just when you want to store coins which are not wellknown. I just realized that i never sent money away from my global wallet. I will tomorrow make a try and then i will write if everything is ok.Addendum 24.3.2021: Today i sent Stellar Lumen to another wallet and everything was ok. Withdraw was made in less than 10 seconds. So everything perfect. This wallet gets a recommendation from me!Addendum 25.3.2021: Everything still good with the wallet, but i have to add one important thing. Many coins inside are ERC-20 tokens and sending ERC-20 Token use ETH for sending them. So always take a look that you have ETH in the wallet or you have to buy it.

"Transactions Is not Clear"

I can't see my trx transaction that belongs to transfer fees in my wallet and also in transfer form 0.01 trx displays in fee but my wallet charges 4-5 trx after every transaction
