We had three transfers and each driver was prompt,respectful and helpful. The rides were always smooth and good driving. It was easy to book and we received a message before each trip as to whom our driver would be. We will not hesitate to use Transfeero again.

Poor customer service. We needed an infant seat and got a booster. When I reached out asking for this to be corrected there were two negative experiences. No infant car seat could be found and I either had to release the car that I had already paid for or drive with the baby unsecured. When I asked for a refund on the car seat, they were not even willing to refund that $10. This service is now on our DO NOT USE list.
