Confirmation of the pick-up time and location received 6 hours before arrival at Heathrow (might be nice to receive a bit sooner especially if on a long flight). Received a text from the driver right after landing. The driver was waiting with sign in hand as we exited customs. New, clean, comfortable Mercedes and very pleasant, helpful driver. Had the same experience on our return to Heathrow a week later. Requested a change in pick-up time less than 12 hours prior and the accommodation was graciously made. Will use again on our next trip.
