I did not do my booking properly and could not find my booking. I wrote to the company and there is a lady Chiara who responded almost immediately. Through two emails correspondences within less than half and hour, she was able to find my booking without any correct reference number. Her service is prompt and directly addressed and solved my problem. She deserves special commendation.
