"Utterly appalling service"

Appalling service. The driver was over thirty minutes late for pickup, didn't answer when called and when he did all he could say was "another 5 minutes". He then made a detour to stop to refuel the car adding another thirty minutes onto the journey making what should have been a one hour journey, over two hours. Made a complaint and asked for a full refund but this was refused as the trip had taken place, irrelevant of timings and was offered a 5% discount code for my next booking - no thanks. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Use blacklane instead. Much better drivers and customer service all round.

. On their Thessaloniki website they say it's a taxi service when it's not. Very shady business I will report them to the Greek ministry of transportation

Booking was easy and the driver arrived early to pick us up from the airport as the flight was 45 minutes early. The driver was very friendly and gave tips and suggestions about the city and explained various sites as we passed them in the way to the hotel. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable.

Simply Amazing experience! Our driver is very prompt in updating us his location and very accommodating. He also went above and beyond by giving us link to places that we can go in Lisbon. Paulo is also very friendly and nice to talk to.
