"Solid Hot Wallet"

Solid Hot Wallet. Does what I need it do, and I only give it a 4/5 because it does lack access to some of the smaller coins I'm used to trading in. All in all, I'll be moving a lot of my active crypto into this wallet for simplicity and trade purposes but I will still have to use others for the time being.

"So they say an exchange takes 5 to 20."

So they say an exchange takes 5 to 20 minutes.Because their partner ChangeNow taking over an hour to exchange my cryptocurrency, I ended up losing over $85 as the cryptocurrency market began to fall this week. Michele kept saying that "it is not our fault it is our partners." But if you don't take accountability for your own platform including integrations then how can you be trusted? They stated they would compensate me but to date have not done so.

Company Reply: Hi Alexander!We are sorry you feel that way. Kindly note, speed of the transaction depends on current loading of the network and the amount of fee. If you set the network fee too low and the network will be overloaded, your transaction can remain unconfirmed for a long time. The Exchange option is provided by our exchange partner ChangeNow. We can't fully influence them, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience.KA

Everything works great. But fees are very high.

Locks Wallet doesn't take anything on top, fees are paid to miners entirely. Fees for exchange and buying operations are always included in the estimated that you see before the transaction. "nothing can do with your own token"

nothing can do with your own token, i m talking about AWC. it's misleading. you have 2 tokens with the same name. is confused. I fall in awc (blue) and nothin can do with this token, only lose money. guys, you need the possibility to add another network for pay less fees or many of clients are going to leave.Locks WALLET IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL.

There are two AWC in the wallet: BEP-2 AWC (the yellow one) that can be staked, and ERC-20 AWC (the blue one), this can be exchanged in the wallet. We understand that it is indeed very expensive to transfer ERC20 tokens right now, as the ETH network is currently heavily overloaded.
