I've been using it for almost a week now via Win 10 desktop app. So far the experience is good. The support is responsive. The app itself is working good. There were few hiccups in the exchange process, but they're solvable. The process of exchange could take up more than suggested 5 to 20 minutes. And I realized the marketing info not totally accurate, there is coin in my case is not exchangeable with anything, which is BCH. Hopefully support for BCH exchange will be happening in the future. And other weak point is, it opened so slow via Android (I'm using Android 11), sometimes more than 30 secs of waiting.

"Tethering and Conversions"

I like the ability to convert ERC-20 Tether to TRC-20 Tether ("Green Tether" to "Red Tether"), though I don't see any way to buy "Red Tether" wholesale. It would be nice to skip that step and have a way to buy TRC-20 Tether more directly.Similarly, the list of Cryto flavors that can be bought is only a small fraction of the entire list of "Wallet" items. While this would bump the review down another star, it's counterbalanced by the staking abilities I have found (which are comparatively improved to the 1-week of observational experience I have in this industry).The biggest complaint I have is that while I can easily find a way to turn U.S. Dollars (or "real money") into cryptocurrency, I am struggling to find a way to do that the other way around (turn cryptocurrency into U.S. Dollars). That one point is what's keeping a 4-star review from going 5-star. Maybe I'm just new and haven't figured it out yet, but it sure doesn't seem quite as obvious at a glance.
