Lost moneyI'm comfortable with IT tools and Wallet. A bit paranoiac when we discuss about security and how to take care of pass and seed. I use several Wallet with more money that I had on LocksWallet and I use the same attention to protect all of them... I only lost money with LocksWallet, answer from the support was "it happens and we advise you to protect your passphrase and create a new wallet to transfer your amount". What the F..k, security lesson and advise to move the rest of my money to a new UNSECURE Locks Wallet! They are not responsible!!!! My coins was on stacking with Locks, it was always hard to have a correct view of the amount because you need to refresh/close/etc... several times until you see the right balance; ok this is only a bug until the good day on refresh/close/open/blablabla and nothing appear. Really funny (not so much) but two of my coins in stacking have been transferred to external addresses at the same period when Locks made a software update related to features in relation with these two coins. Sorry I had some hesitation because Locks isn't opensource, I really regret now to chosen it. Again we are many people to speak about Zil and Poly lost so even if one of us is dummy and not secure enough I don't think that Zil and Poly are mentioned by coincidence. This is my personal opinion and I invite everyone to have his own opinion but for me, sorry when a Wallet is less secure than a Exchange: I go away and advise my friends.
