"From ordering to receiving the goods."

From ordering to receiving the goods was very quick and easy. Disappointed that one of the items I had ordered was not shown as advertised therefore had to return. Apart from that, very good!

"Dreadful Customer Service"

ArrowXL gavee a delivery window for my item but when the item didn't arrive I contacted them they told me they couldn't get my item on the van but didn't bother to inform me. Then they promised to deliver the item later the same day. I also contacted Littlewoods who also promised the Item would DEFINITELY BE DELIVERED THAT DAY. I waited in all day but nothing arrived. Then when I checked item tracking it said "Delivery complete"??? Contacted ArrowXL who said they didn't know what had happened then I asked for the item to be delivered the next day, they refused and said l would have to wait for at least another five daysTHIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, so I contacted Littlewoods, cancelled the order and will be closing my account after being a Littlewoods customer for over twenty years. The customer service over this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
