The worst order we have ever received as a customer of a long number of years, ladies coat had a broken stud fastening on the arm and a tissue in the pocket, mens trainers ordered in Grey were Green, a size 7 in a size 8 box ! ,they are both being returned, these were ordered on a discount code letter sent, so we have also lost out on the discount.

I purchased an item from this company in early February.. I returned the item to them on 21/02/24 and the company will not refund my money.I have called them on several occasions I provided my proof of return, they promise to call you back they never do . They have now stated another 6 weeks to investigate what has happened, people please never use this company, I'm a substantial amount of money out of pocket and littlwoods are not in any way assisting with helping me . Very very poor customer support and basically lie to you with regards to calling you back and trying to resolve your issue . Disappointing and disgraceful service
