Have been a customer for years and can't fault this Company for the services I have used. I had reason to contact guest services this week, and the person I spoke to - Anathi - was very helpful and polite, and sorted out my query quickly and professionally 10 stars for him.

One star-just to get this review published. After buying online for over 20 years- my call for help to Littkewoods customer service was answered by an overseas call centre. I found this male agent curt & uncaringly cold & nasty. Previously-I found this South African call centre unfriendly- but they got the job done. This time the nasty man on the phone was shouting at me & unnecessarily agressive. I wont tolerate this kind of behaviour from ANY customer services. I hasten to add- I was calm the whole time, but eventually hung up on this hortible man who left me stressed & shaken. My sister sat next to me-she is closing her account with Littkewoods today. I will do the same thereafterVery poor show-unacceptable customer DISSERVICE. .
